Duty of Care

Course Details

The duty of care course provides a theoretical and practical knowledge required to meet duty of care in the workplace.

Throughout the course, activities and animations build and reinforce an understanding of the different duty of care responsibilities in the workplace, and of how to fulfill those responsibilities.

Learning Outcomes
  • A knowledge of their legal responsibilities in relation to OHS duty of care
  • A practical understanding of how to fulfill their responsibilities
  • An understanding of the ramifications of not fulfilling their duty of care

  • Fulfilling Duty of Care
