The ‘Managing the Discipline Process ’ course is intended to be run in conjunction with the ‘Identifying General Misconduct and Poor Performance ’ course. Having identified what poor performance and misconduct are, the ‘Managing the Disciplinary Process’ course provides managers and supervisors with a consistent and fair process to follow when disciplining employees.
